Our bodies have the ability to deal with fear and uncertainty. We build on and expand this ability.
Through bodywork you learn through and with your body – through attention and perception – to take responsibility for yourself and to change the way you deal with pain.
Bodywork aims to reconnect people to their body, their feelings, and sensations, thus reconnecting them to an attention that is larger than mind attention – body attention.

Sometimes the body has more to say than the mind, if you just let it. I often have to laugh how obvious it is what my body has to tell me. With this method you learn to understand the language of your body again. Not only do you take responsibility for your own well-being, but you also reconcile your mind with your body and strengthen your confidence in yourself.
Katharina managed to permanently change the way I felt about my body already during the first treatment. I was under massive stress at the time and was able to find out the true causes of my anxiety with her. It was an eye-opener for me that actually all my anxious feelings are stored in my body. After the treatment I felt much better and was not only able to look my fear in the face, but also to face it in a new way.

For many years I suffered from headaches, trembling (especially in the shoulder area), tension, eye pain and dizziness. I was also often anxious.
