Involuntary processes are made visible by focusing attention, whether as a specific question, specialist input, or by means of physical attentiveness, in order to then stop them deliberately and on a case-by-case basis. Stopping something deliberately means creating new options for action. This can mean, for example, learning to stop raising your shoulders when you feel stress.
Self-determination and new options for action
The understanding that one creates emotional and physical patterns, recurring behavior or thoughts, creates self-determination and thus new possibilities for action.
